We accept AI, SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG and JPG. Vector formats (AI, SVG, EPS) give the sharpest print results and are preferred. Don't have a vector logo? Our design team can recreate it from a high-res image at no extra cost.
Yes — we ship free to all 50 states. Delivery takes about 2 weeks on average from proof approval, and every order includes a tracking number. Our prices don't include US import duties: if any apply, the carrier collects them on delivery.
