Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Clubkit (legal company name to be added, "we", "us") collects through clubkit.us, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. Clubkit makes custom sublimated basketball uniforms for teams, schools, AAU programs, leagues and team dealers across the United States.

1. What we collect

We collect only what's needed to prepare a quote, process an order, or manage your account:

• Quote and contact requests: full name, email, phone, country, organization/team name, number of uniforms, your message, and any logo or artwork file you attach.
• Account holders: email address and password (stored encrypted), plus any order, quote and design history tied to your account.
• Automatically: standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via server logs and session cookies, used to keep the site working and secure — not for advertising.
• Country of connection: deduced from your IP address on our own server, without contacting any third party (IP Geolocation by DB-IP), to serve the regions we deliver to and for the audience statistics below.
• Audience statistics: for each page viewed, our own server records the page, the site you came from, your country, the type of device, browser and language, how long the page stayed in view, and which links and buttons were clicked. No cookie is used and your IP address is not stored: visitors are counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next. These statistics are kept 25 months, only to improve the site, and never shared.

2. Why we use it

• To respond to your quote request and prepare pricing for your order.
• To produce and ship your custom uniforms, including using your uploaded logo/artwork solely for that order.
• To manage your account, saved drafts and order history if you register.
• To send order-related emails (quote confirmation, production updates, shipping notifications).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Legal basis (EU/UK visitors)

We process your data under one of these bases: performance of a contract (preparing your quote/order), your consent (when you submit a form), or our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only where necessary to fulfil your order: our production facility in Sialkot, Pakistan (to manufacture your uniforms — the order details needed for production, such as player names, numbers and sizes, are therefore processed outside the United States), payment services (Remitly, banks), and hosting/email infrastructure providers. We do not share your data with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't turn into an order are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Order and account data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus any period required by applicable tax/accounting law.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. If you're in California or another US state with a privacy law, this includes the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we don't sell or share personal information. 7. Cookies

clubkit.us uses only the cookies required to keep you logged in and to protect forms against tampering (session and CSRF-protection cookies). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
