These terms apply to every quote request and order placed through clubkit.us with Clubkit (legal company name to be added). By submitting a quote request or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. What we offer
Clubkit designs and manufactures custom sublimated basketball uniforms (jerseys and shorts) in medium and large runs for teams, schools, AAU programs, leagues and team dealers across the United States, with names, numbers and logos included in the price. Production takes place at our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. Orders start at a minimum of 10 uniforms.
2. Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on the site are per uniform, in US dollars, and depend on order volume (currently from $22 to $29 per uniform, before any custom requirements). They include shipping to your US address but not US import duties or taxes, which, if any, are collected by the carrier on delivery. A quote sent by email is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed once we've reviewed your design, quantities and any special requests.
3. Order process
- You submit a quote request with your design preferences, team details and logo/artwork.
- We send a digital proof showing colors, logo placement, names and numbers.
- Production starts only after you approve the proof in writing.

4. Payment
We accept payment through Remitly or by international wire transfer (SWIFT) to our bank account, whose details are printed on your quote. Payment terms (deposit, balance on approval, or full payment upfront) are confirmed with your quote. Prices are quoted in USD unless agreed otherwise.
5. Your artwork and logo
You retain ownership of any logo, artwork or design you send us. You confirm you have the right to use it (e.g. it's your team's or school's own logo, or you have permission to use it), and you grant us a license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing your order.
6. Custom-made products and cancellation
Because every uniform is manufactured to your specific design, colors, names and numbers, orders cannot be cancelled once you've approved the digital proof and production has started, except where the product is defective — see our Returns Policy. Personalized, made-to-order goods are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellations or returns.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Dates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery windows, and can be affected by factors outside our control (customs, carrier delays).
8. Liability
We're liable for manufacturing defects and for order errors that are our fault (see Returns Policy). We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed match or event, except where required by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction to be added. Any dispute will first be addressed by contacting us directly at info@clubkit.eu.
